Executive Coaching                        

Provides executives with the opportunity to focus on what matters most to them in their life, business and relationships to the point that they begin achieving the outcomes they dream of and attracting people to them. It may be one particular issue or a part of your life that you would like to build to become more positive in your life.                        

An executive coach is there to provide you with a confidential, impartial and safe environment to help you remove the barriers to your success and to help you find a positive way forward, remembering that the answers lay within us all if we have the right person to challenge us in a positive way. Your coach is there to support you as you grow and to ensure you remain on path to what you feel your destiny is.                              

                                               

Executive Coaching (Group from 3 to 5 people)                

Is a more cost effective option for small groups of executives, focussing on similar issues as the one-to-one sessions whilst being able to leverage each others experiences, feedback and support.  All discussions remaining confidential and in a safe environment.                   

 

Train the Trainer - Coaching and/or Mentoring

Many companies invest considerable amounts to provide training for their people leaders in how to coach and mentor their staff, yet within 2 weeks new skills can dissipate. This program is designed to dovetail with existing training and provide either one-to-one or group, short sessions to provide a safe environment to review their coaching/mentoring over the past period, celebrate positive advances and set positive outcomes for their next staff coaching/mentoring interactions.                      

                                               

Presentation and Public Speaking Skills (Group size 3 to 8 people)

One of people's greatest fears is speaking in public, often due to the fear of unknown and the uncertainty of what it takes to be a good speaker, yet many people begin with the same concerns and then go on to become a great speaker. Communication is made up of 58% body language, 35% tonality and only 7% words yet many of us spend 93% of our preparation on the words!                         

Building confidence with being able to present in public to large groups of people brings so many other benefits to your overall confidence as a leader and in your relationships. This course is an ongoing course spread over a number of weeks which provides the opportunity to practice what has been learned and build on layers of knowledge and practice over time.                    

The key parts to the course include preparing your content, what to wear, how to involve your audience, power of metaphors, presenter stance, Satir movements, stage anchoring, expanded awareness, how to leave your audience in the right state, the differences between answering questions during a normal presentation and during a media interview.                 

                                               

Motivational Speaking

We are available to provide motivational presentations on topics such as 'Building High Performance Teams' or 'We Become What We Say To Ourselves!' which are good ways to inspire your teams on how they can improve their lives by becoming more effective as a team member, whilst having more fun.  A happier, contented colleague working in an emotionally safe environment will be a much more productive one.         

Many of the topics discussed has meaning for both at work and at home, designed to leave your colleagues thinking more about what they can do to turn their environments into somewhere they enjoying being a part of.        

A motivational presentation can be inserted as a segment as part of a wider offsite meeting, such as the after lunch segment, to bring back up the energy levels.                     

                                               

Personal Breakthrough session

This takes place over 3 consecutive days with each session being about  three hours in length, designed to get to the core of what has been the hurdles to your success to date and replacing them with positive anchors and tools to reclaim the future you once dreamed about.                            

It is vital prior to starting the breakthrough sessions, that you are ready to let go many of the things that has given you the results that you have today, in the key area(s) of change.  As part of the preparation, there will be several significant homeplays that will need to be achieved prior to the sessions beginning and a detailed conversation.                    

                                                

Building High Performance Teams

A full day workshop for the whole team focussed on people becoming aware of and accepting the differences in each other, which make up a balanced High Performance team.

All participants need to complete a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI©) questionnaire beforehand and the morning session is focussed on Myers Briggs team awareness, where team members interactively will become aware of the unique contributions we bring to the team.

The afternoon session is focussed on:

·         How the language we use affects our success (NLP)

·         The ingredients of High Performance teams:

o   High levels of Trust

o   Healthy Open Discussion in your team meetings

o   People Committed and Accountable to Team Results rather than individual results

o   Work/Life Balance

·         Interactive team tasks using the skills worked on through the day

There is a significant amount of pre-planning here with the people leaders to determine key areas of focus an providing them with the preparation required to establish the right environment.

There is also short followup sessions for the people leaders and other key team members, including ongoing confidential 360 degree feedback.

                               

Myers Briggs Team Building & Team Awareness

All participants need to complete a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI©) questionnaire beforehand and the session is focussed on Myers Briggs team awareness, where team members interactively will become aware of the unique contributions we bring to the team.

This is a very interactive session with lots of fun activities that will open people to the insights of their key contribution to teams/relationships and what other people’s key contributions.

                                               

Corporate Makeover - Managing Changes in Interactions, Personal Look and Feel

How do some people stand out in crowd? What is it that you remember about particular meetings, conferences and/or business dinners? What is the right way to positively influence and make an impression on people?                       

Feeling confident on how you look externally is the first step and the next step is feeling confident from within in your interactions with the key people in your life.

People are becoming more aware that it is vital for both men and women to have the right dress sense, look and persona as we negotiate our various paths for success.                

This program involves you working with a team of people, some of whom are consultants with FeelingOnTrack such as having your colours selected, prior to selecting the right wardrobe for you and getting the right hair stylist. Learning how to interact in business life and the unwritten rules of behaviour is also important as you strive to make a stand-out contribution.
